Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to the purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable ) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.

If you are shipping within the USa, sales tax will not be added.

Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer's responsibility. Shop Luxury Collections is not responsible for reporting or paying additional taxes to states, such as Use Tax.

Insurance

SHOP LUXURY COLLECTIONS insures each purchase during time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Returns and exchanges

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Making a return is easy just follow these steps.

1. REQUEST A RETURNS MERCHANDISE Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

2. You will be given a RMA #, which must accompany the item(S) being returned and all the instruction to quickly return the item.

3. All returned products must be packaged appropriately and must include the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

4. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Our Policy

Items must be returned new, unused and with all Shop Luxury Collections and designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to customer.

Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must be included with your return.

WE reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized or has been refused by recipients.

Items should be sent in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
